About the MLM program
The Melbourne Law Masters offers one of the world's largest programs in graduate law. It has 19 specialties, of which the Competition Law specialty is one. Small class sizes (average 25) and high-calibre, intensive mode teaching by local and international experts ensures a challenging and rewarding learning experience. MLM Competition Law Enrolment Options
Students can enrol in competition law subjects in the Melbourne Law Masters program credit towards the following degrees or diplomas:
Graduate Diploma in Competition Law
The Graduate Diploma in Competition Law is the only specialist qualification in competition law available in Australia.
Alternatively, students can enrol in competition law subjects in the Melbourne Law Masters program as single subjects (ie not towards a diploma or degree).
All subjects in the Competition Law specialty (except Managerial Economics) are taught intensively over 5 days and assessment takes place between 6 and 12 weeks after completion of the teaching period. Assessment can be completed remotely and submitted electronically.

MLM Competition Law Advisory Board
The Competition Law specialty in the MLM program has an Advisory Board representing the legal profession, the bench, the business sector and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at the most senior levels. The roles of the Advisory Board are to provide the Law School (through Competition Law Director of Studies) with input and guidance in relation the content and direction and marketing of the competition law specialty.
